The next-generation Infotainment 3 Premium Navigation System by available on many new vehicles at Georgetown Chevrolet offers an advanced seamless experience that keeps you connected like never before. It gives you access to Bluetooth, 4G LTE Wi-Fi and the cloud just like your smart devices. This Infotainment system is packed with new features and is easier to use than ever before.

At the home screen, you can custom order the apps by press and holding the app icon until it pulses, then drag and drop it into a new location.

You'll see the features you use most are front and center in the app tray. You can launch an app from the tray with just a touch. Also, there’s a new split-screen called Summary View so you don't have to switch screens to see what's going on in the apps you are using. To go to Summary View from any screen press home button or when on home screen swipe from left to right to see the summary view. Touch one of the app icons to dive deeper into the app, then use home to go back to the summary view.

You can customize your driver preferences to personalize your in-vehicle experience. Select an icon to represent you. The profile will recall any recent turn-by-turn nav or sound settings, the way you like your home screen, and some of your vehicle comfort and convenience settings like seat and mirrors. You can also access your profile in any GM car with the same infotainment system. When you connect your phone with the manufacturer supplied cable you can use some of your favourite phone apps that are compatible with AndroidAuto and Apple CarPlay.

Using Favourites is more intuitive using this next-generation infotainment system. To save a favourite just touch the star next to your favourite contact, music or destination. The audio app is designed so you don't have to change screens when you change sources. It puts your last 3 audio sources on one page, all you need to do is touch the one you want or touch more to see additional audio sources like apps and USB devices.

The new available navigation is more intelligent and streamlined than in previous systems. From the guidance screen, you can check your route progress, the traffic conditions, and the estimated time of arrival. Also, for the first time (if equipped), the available navigation system connects to the Cloud which means you can get up to date points of interest and real-time traffic including the fastest route available based on current information.

You can also select and enjoy available 3rd party apps with the onboard App catalogue. All you need to do is choose the one you want, hit install, then open. With smartphone-like functions and app-based interactions, the next generation of Chev’s Infotainment system is an advanced intuitive experience that keeps you connected like never before.
